Bad Customer service

I wanted a product displayed for over 6 months now, They confirmed that the product hasn't been in stock since April, yet It is still displayed, I asked them to give me the one displayed they refused. My query is why display something that hasn't been in stock for months. They refused to even disclose the numbers where I can lay complain regarding that which is now Against the Customer Protection Act. I had to go for another option, a more expensive one because I needed the Product.
