BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to fair price at the mokopane branch on the 4th of december ,and made a purchase of 5k ,and they told me they gonna deliever my things

Even as of today. I never received them and when i call them , they tell me that they gonna call me back after 30 minutes .of which i kepy calling and asking for Daniel who said he will call back and never did Its been 2 weeks and a few days now,my money is gone and they having goods that i purchased without giving me feedback or anything

I am not happy at all.
