Bad customer service

I made an online purchase on Monday 24th, and the money was deducted from my account. I received their confirmation email, invoice, and order number.

As I'm posting this review, the order cannot be found on my online account, and it is giving me the option to reorder. I called their number, it is not going through. They don't respond to email I sent through their help page.

This is very frustrating, and unprofessional.
