Bad customer service

Bad customer service from Fair price at boksburg their customer service sucks bought wardrobe on the 20 of December 2018 they promise to deliver on the 23rd of which they did. They said we must call them for a person to assemble it for us we did more than 10 times theres a guy by the name Thobile he failed to deliver m so fed up until today 7th of Jan 2019 we still waiting for a person to assemble that wardrobe. No follow up no nothing from them instead when we call the store they told Thobile is on leave
