Bad customer service

Fair price Alexander, I received pathetic service, I bought a cupboard on the 1 of August they told me delivery will be made in 24 to 72 hours but till today I haven't received anything, I loged a complaint in the store I was promised the delivery will be made but till now no delivery , I've never experienced such bad service in my hole entire life.
