Bad customer service

I bought a wardrobe on 24/12/2017 was told that It will be delivered first week of January 2018 the first week past by I was never called to be notified of the delay I then called them then I was told that my sales person was not at work and that he **** to me when he said my wardrobe will be delivered as there was no stock for this wardrobe.

I then communicated with Grace she last called me on Sunday and promised that she will follow up today its Wednesday I still have not received any feedback I called then yesterday my call was not answered and also called 6 times this morning my calls are not answered.

I want my wardrobe today as I have paid everything and I am tired of being treated as if am taking this thing on Credit.
