Bad Customer Service.

I am having problems with your Thorntree Shopping Centre branch. I made a purchase on the 3rd December 2017 and I was promised delivery within 24 to 48 hours. I explained and asked for a delivery convinient to my working hours. Long story short my goods that I paid for in cash have still not been delivered and instead I am given a run around and top of it all the service I am getting is unsatisfactory. I am even considering getting a refund and buy somewhere else. My purchase details are ref number 4527, sales person Tlai****o Moboya.
