Bad customer service

This shop is unproffessional,and they are struggling to deliver your goods,ive been waiting for about a month now for them to deliver my products,and its the third time now! I personally wouldnt recommend delivery from them...last year i bought furnisher had to wait about a month,even this year and you have to keep calling for an update!its irritating and creates a bad image
