Bad customer service

I bought a bed a Fair Price Boksburg Town on the 29th was delivered on 31st. On the 5th I went in to report that the one side is broken everything was done for them to bring another one , a follow up was done on the 9th I was promised that they will collect in that week. and to this day 2 weeks later still nothing. No calls or anything. I don't think I will ever buy there again, if this is the kind of service they provide
