Bad customer service

Please assist my mother, December 2020 she bought couches at fair price Southgate, January they were damaged and February she reported the matter to the store and they promised to come and collect for repair since it was still under the 6 months repair warranty, up to date we have been going to the store to ask them to collect them with no luck thwy have been telling her that they will collect, its over 2 months now and she is still not yet assisted, I'm not sure if they taking advantage of the old lady because they making her run around for nothing, please assist her, her number is ***, alternatively you can communicate with me I have I have the receipts.
