Bad customer service

I bought a Midea washing machine last year on the 25/082023 at Fair Price in Witbank downtown.Then the machine showed an error message when I tried to use it on the 13/07/2024,I took the machine to the store on the day and reported the matter to OMAR.Who is the salesman who assisted when I originally bought the machine.He told me to take back the machine home,and that they will send a technician to come and have a look at it.I went back again to the shop after 2 weeks for an update.Only to find out that matter wasn't escalated, and a lady by the name of Bongi promised to handle the matter.She did a follow up and told me that, Midea manufactures are saying that they do not see a problem on their side.She then called to ask me to send pictures of the washing machine,but I was out of town then.I then sent the pics on the 25/08/2024, to the number ***.The message has never been opened until now.I want my washing machine to be fixed, or my money back.Im tired of the incompetence that I'm dealing with right now
