Bad customer experience

I bought my mom a washing machine and a bed on the 24th August 2019, within 5 working days the mattress is delivered while i was informed that the washing machine will be delivered in two weeks as its out of stock its the 14 of September i havent heard anything from Jabulani Fair Price tried calling *** and *** no one answers, my mom really needs the washing nachine as she broke her hand so now i must do follow up while i have paid everything including delivery that is really unacceptable.
