Bad couches worse service

Bought the Skylar lounge suite 2 weeks ago. It has faded all on its own. It is suede fabric and hasn't been exposed to sunlight. They refuse to exchange it. Or even consider in any way assisting. Appalled by the customer service. After 2 weeks how can this be acceptable. I was even willing to purchase a different couch and pay the difference. The website doesnt advice it is suede and I only discovered this on arrival as the picture on the website doesnt look suede at all but fabric.
