Bad Condition Bed from Fair Price at Alex Mall

I bought a double Bed from Fair Price Alex Mall, they delivered a very bad condition bed, the mattress gave in and there is a hole in the middle of it, I went back to report the issue and even give them a suggestion that I can even top up for another bed as I'm not happy with the one they delivered. Guess what I was told to bring back the bed on my own expense while I paid for the delivery the day I bought the bed. as of today I'm still stuck with a bed that comes with a hole and the mattress is very soft and it makes a lot of noise whenever you turn or while sitting on it. I'm now fed-up with Fair Price useless customer service I encounter from them. all I want now is a refund and go buy a bed somewhere else, as they are failing to exchange their s**** for a better condition one.
