bad client service

I dnt ever see myself buying at this store again.since I bought goods on the 18/09/2020 they said they will deliver within 48 hours,after 7 days i visited the store again to enquire since no one bothered to contact me,I asked for my money back and they said I will get it after 7 days,I'm still waiting for my money back even the manager told me he doesn't know why my money isn't paid back yet when head office refferd him back to me. I'm still waiting for money to buy the goods that I need and they failed to deliver.
