Bad bad service

Hi I'm writing this review as I am very unhappy with the service I received from fair price bara I went there to make payment I put my phone next to the cashier so that I could calculate the money I was paying then made payment after wards my phone was missing and it was only me and the cashier, then I went to Fair price Headoffice at xavier I spoke to a guy by the name Ibrahim who refused to give me his surname I went to report the incident and sad enough instead of being assisted as their customer he said he won't Fu***n help me I must just leave the premises and I told him I'm not going to let go im going to take it further, he was so proud to tell me he doesn't care because us blacks don't know the right channel of doing thing I'm just a looser he ain't scared then he asked the security guard to escort me out of the premises I don't see myself buying from any of their stores in my life after such a bad experience and its so sad because most of the appliances I have I bought from them and that's how they thank me
