Bad bad service

I ordered couches on the 13 July 2024 online they delivered wrong couches ,the design was wrong and the 3seater's height was short compared to the other 2 couches

They came to collect them its been weeks now,they dont care about their clients...no communication from them....i regret buying from fair price i thought they will resolve this as soon as possible coz its their fault
