bad bad bad bad bad bad service

<p>i had bad experience but Fair price krugersdorp takes the cup. i bought dinning room suite on the 29/07/2017 and requested that they deliver it on 05/08/2017 , day before delivery i call the shop to confirm delivery and i was told i will get my deliver. saturday morning one calls me, in the afternoon i call the shop and the sales consultant MC Sibeni tells me that he wants to find out where the drivers are at and he will call be back. after 1 hour 30minute no one calls and i called back and no one answered. Today i myself had to call the shop since no one really cares about customer services spoke to the manager who said he will call me back, then all of a sudden the very same sales consultant who didnt call me back saturday is the one calling me. i told him he was not helpful saturday and i do not want to deal with him any more, now the manager is telling me that what i bought is sold out, so they mean to tell me that the whole 7 days they didnt bother to tell me this, and friday i was also **** to. i am disgusted by the lack of professionalism, the dishonesty, incompetence of the staff at fair price krugersdorp. now i am being told that i need to travell all the way back to krugersdorp to get my money because they do still way behind time and they do not do efts, talk about inconvenience and they even have the audacity to tell me when must go to the shop nxaa.</p> <p> </p>
