bad attitude bad service

<p>My mother and i went to fair price on the 17th July 2017 monday afternoon and bought a coffee table code (B9031) it is a glass made table tuesday it was delieverd and the driver named Sipho and assistant driver named Nqoba installed the table when Sipho got the my place he found my younger brother aged 17 and he started opening the fridge asking for a Juice and said to him Fair Price is not paying them enough the table was installed and they went away. Friday 21st July 2017 at 11:00pm the Table out of the blue broke and the glass was all over in the house we took the pictures of the table and Saturday Morning we went to the store to show them what happend and when we got there the manager named (Geyano) gave us attitude saying why didnt we call him when that thing happend and rudly said there is nothing he can do the money is gone rudly and said that this never happened before not under his watch said he started giving us attitude and i gave it back and told him im gonna report him he said i must go ahead making noise in the store. Lusanda was the sales person and said we must call the head office. the guy by the name of Sihle who also works at the store came to speak to us and said that has happened before at Pan Africa fair price and he knows that the problem must be the table was tightend us with the scraws and they were not suppose to make it tight. My mother went back to the store on the 24th July 2017 to tell them the number they gave her for the head office its not going throught now the driver and the Manager ganged up on her the driver rudly back chatted at her and the manager felt so much powerful and was swarring at my mother as as the driver i dont think they were tought customer service or what im so bloodly angry and im so not gonna let this go until we get our money back or the replacement of the table and im willing to take this to speakout if nothing is being done.</p>
