Bad attitude.

I was called by the drivers today, they wanted to deliver a bed, and when they call me I was in class, they called me again and get hold of me, I was on my way to take a taxi, the driver was swearing at me telling that he is at work I am waisting his time, mentioning lot of words, so does this means fair price cosmo city drivers are trained to swear at customers?
