Bad and arrogant customer service

What a bad service I received from fair price in vosloorus.i went in November wanting to buy a bed and the guy named Sibusiso says the is no delivery on Saturday's and I say to him I will then go buy somewhere.he didn't even care.On the 22 November I went back I wanted a black storage box which was on display the guy tells me he can't sell that one.But I asked why are u displaying things u not selling.I went to the manager and they said I can order.Because I was desperate I paid and ordered on the 22 November.They said it will take 2to3 days up until today I'm still waiting and the guy must not lie and say he called me or anything.This is really not fair this is how they treat customers.u pay for something u haven't received and the turn around time takes long and nobody cares to even contact u.i doubt of o will ever ho back to that store again.
