Bad After Sales Service n failure to deliver by FAIR PRICE WYNBERG

I would like to express my disappointment about Fair Price N delivery 🚚 that failed.

I went to Fair Price in the 23th December 2023 N made a purchase of a Fridge, Bedside Padestals, study desk n chair. I paid for all these items N was charged for delivery of R320. Luyanda said delivery will be made on the 23 December 2023 latest is the 27th December since it's a long Christmas weekend N holiday on the 26th they not opened.

Wednesday morning on the 27th @ 09h30 I walked into Fair Price to chase n confirm if delivery was going ahead today. Luyanda was not on duty n the cashier lady called one of his colleagues by the name of Mpho to assist me with checking if the delivery was going ahead or not. She took the receipt n checked she confirmed my items were going to be delivered today 27th December 2023 she cannot confirm time. I told her in my complex deliveries are between 09h00 am and 17H00 pm not later than that. Mpho said the driver will call you with their number just make sure you take calls from any number on your phone. I said yes I will do that since I gave them even the alternative number.

Guess what at 16h00 pm I called the store n a lady answered, I asked for Luyanda n was told he is off today. I told her I am chasing my order, she asked me for the order reference number N once it was confirmed she said she will call me back. Indeed she called me back within 5 minutes N confirmed my name. Told me the items are with the delivery driver, I should await their call. I asked her when as time is not on their side they will be be granted access 17H00 it's a cut off time. Asked her where they are as we spoke, she said she doesn't know. All she can say if they call after my stipulated time, I MUST TELL THEM TO KEEP MY STUFF N ASK THEM TO DELIVERY TOMORROW MORNING?????????????????????????????????????

KANTI WHAT IS THE DELIVERY 🚚 TIME TO FAIR PRICE AND WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY LET DRIVERS KEEP OUR ORDERS ZOOMING THE STREETS OF JHB WITH OUR STUFF WORSE OF ALL KEEP THEM OVER NIGHT WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVER WHERE???????????

WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THEM WHO THE HELL IS LIABLE FOR THOSE GOODS THAT THEIR SO CALLED OUTSOURCED DRIVER IS ZOOMING THE STREET AFTER NORMAL WORKING HOURS WITH OUR PAID GOODS.

GUESS WHAT THE DRIVER WHO COULD NOT GIVE ME THEIR NAME BUT THAT HE IS FROM FAIR PRICE CALLED ME AT 18H00 PM HE IS INFORMING ME THAT HE IS ON HIS WAY TO MAKE THE DELIVERY TO ME AT 18H00 HE IS ON HIS WAY.......... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I TOLD HIM STRAIGHT HE IS TOO LATE, I TOLD THEM AT THE STORE THIS MORNING THAT DELIVERY IS BETWEEN 09H00 AM AND 17H00 PM HE WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE COMPLEX.

HE KEPT ON SAYING EISH! EISH! THEN HE TERMINATED THE CALL.

FAIR PRICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY HAVE TAKEN OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU BECOME YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY N THE DRIVE.

DO THEY CARE ABOUT OUR SAFETY WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU ALLOW PEOPLE TO MAKE DELIVERIES AFTER NORMAL WORKING HOURS IN WHICH YOUR STORES ARE CLOSED AS WELL. SO YOUR OUTSOURCED DRIVERS ARE ALLOWED TO ZOOM AROUND THE STREETS DOING GOD KNOWS WHAT WITH OUR ITEMS AFTER HOURS YET YOU EXPECT US TO LET THEM IN OUR HOMES AFTER HOURS. HOW UNSAFE IS THAT FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER TO LET STRANGER'S INTO OUR HOME'S KODWA MINA NIBAVALELE NGAPHANDLE NGO 17H00 NEZINTO ZETHU KODWA THINA SIBAVULELE EMAKHAYA WETHU?????????????? EBUSUKU!!!!!!!!
