Awful experience

i am having an awful experience with this company, i bought a COUCH online on Monday 2024/01/29 and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I try and call them i not getting through worse no one is even calling me to make means of explaining what's going on. I am frustrated and don't know what to do now
