Awaiting Wardrobe

I ordered and fully paid for a wardrobe at Fair Price Bara Branch, I was assisted by Wendy and had promised the wardrobe would be delivered the following day, this was on the 30th of August 2017, till today I am still my delivery the store manager could not even assist me.
