atrocious service

<p>I recently went to fair price branch in Johannesburg alerting sisulu road and received terrible service from a staff member as well as a manager. I went to lay buy a TV hisses 50 inch, and when I went back to Finnish off my payment I was told by zwelamahlubi mehlomakhulu that they no longer have the TV , I asked them to cancel the lay-by and they told me to put a notice so that I can get my money back, well I did so and when I went back after seven days I spoke to a staff member about the cancellation and she told me that she’s just came back from leave and I shouldn’t make my problems hers because she wasn’t there when I cancelled the lay-buy, I asked to speak to a manager, he came I told him that imp here to collect my money and he told me that I should leave the store because he doesn’t have the money. Firstly I went there to lay-buy the TV and I never received what it when I went to pay it off, what does lay-buy mean exactly??????????????? Secondly I followed procedure by putting notice to get my money back and what do I get??? I don’t have the money. Really, it’s not like imp borrowing the money from fairprice it’s my damn money and I worked hard for it. I could have gone to OK to purchase a 55inch TV at the same price the same day I went to put a notice for fair price to bring my damn money back. The manager was very rude he left me standing there while I was talking to him and he made me feel really stupid and they refused to bring my money back.</p>
