At the store the service was good but at the collection depot/storage, the customer service is close to none existence,

I bought a bed at Fair Price, Cobalt Street Rustenburg, the service at their depot for collection is appalling, I had to wait an hour just for service, the experience is terrible, their employees having attitude, dragging their, only for me to arrive home and the bed has 4 legs instead of 6, dealing with depot staff is frustrating
