Appalling service from Fair Price stores Benoni

On Saturday 6.9.25 I went to Fair Price Benoni and bought a coffee table, they told me that I could not bring home the one on show, but that on Monday I could collect one which would be delivered from their warehouse. It is now late Tuesday and there is no coffee table for me to collect. Tomorrow I shall go to fair price store and demand a refund, pity because there were two cupboards which I wanted to buy, but their service is appalling,
