Appalling service

I paid up my laybye on the 26/03/2016 and was advised that i would be called to come and collect my purchase in the next three working days. Almost two weeks went by without a call and i decided to call on the 08/04/2016 and was told that someone would call me back of which no one did. I called again yesterday and spoke to the manager Mpho who told me that only one of my items were at the store and the other was out of stock, of which I would not have known had i not called again. Mpho promised that he would call me before 17:00 pm of which he did not. This is unacceptable and long overdue. This matter needs to be resolved as I am loosing my patience.
