Annoying service

Very very bad experience.at fairprice Vosloorus.I bought a fridge (Midea brand to be specific) on the 25th Jan 2025 got the fridge delivered same day .switched it on after 10 hours only to be stuck with a none working fridge after I had already bought food .went to the store the next day but did not get help at all instead I was told it is nobody’s fault and it’s a matter to be solved by the manufacturer.my question is how is it between me and manufacture while the fridge did not even work for 24 hours it never worked .
