Angry customer

So unhappy with the customer service @fair Price bought a fridge Saturday was told I’m suppose to fetch it at their warehouse which is 20 minutes away from their retail shop the guy who helped me said I can fetch it anytime as there is still stock available today Wednesday going to fetch the fridge at warehouse, only to find out the fridge I bought is out of stock. Had to go back to the retail shop because they can’t give me the other items I bought for whatever reason. Had to go to the retail store to give pick a different fridge which was a drag then back to the warehouse where you had to wait to get assistance as they were helping other customers. Ended up spending 4 hours of my day just to fetch simple appliances.
