Am ****ed fair price germiston

I bought a TV at fair price two weeks back that it's on special when I keep going to the shop they telling me head office haven't diliverd it to their store yet it's been two weeks now they dnt even tell when is it going to be available even every day u try to call they just say it haven't arrived n I paid already. If I phone head office for assistance their axtantion for calls it's not going through what kind of shop is fair price they put things on special the next thing clients when they buy they dnt get their stuff we buy with our own money because we need those stuff it's not like we buy for fun or we ddnt have onother plans with that money am ****ed poor service ***xx
