Always Out of stock

I bought furniture by lay bye and last payment done on the 27 August 2022, was promised delivery within 7 business day but still waiting for my table from that day till today. When going to the shop and communicating with the sales lady i have been told they are out of stock. Always out of stock. the questing is, till when? I'm tired of calling and going to the shop to finds the same answer
