Absolutely horrid service

The worst service I have ever recieved.

Made an order on the 3rd of March and selected the 7th of March for delivery as per their website instructions. The 7th came and went with no order. Called them and no one answered.

On the 11th I called again and told them I wanted a refund because I was upset at the lack of communication. I was told that they would call me back. On Tuesday the 12th, I called once again and someone finally called me back. They told me that my order was out for delivery and I should expect it before the end of the day. My order never arrived. I called again on Wednesday and was met with some extremely rude lady at their head offices. I was once again told that my order was dispatched and should arrive that day.

Why did my order than suddenly change to pre-order when tracking and why did it say I will have to wait between 7-21 working days when it was supposed to be delivered the previous week?

One star seems far to generous for this company if we are being honest.
