Absolute Poor Service.

I had made a purchase of a office desk on the 15th Online which was on a Friday. I had a call from the driver on Monday 18th asking for directions whoever did not show up on Monday instead shows up Tuesday. With an incomplete desk and did not make me aware that I was supposed to inspect the package before signing. I contacted the customer call center in which they say I should have inspected the package before signing but it was not made clear to me. They did not know if my problem will be resolved and the driver had forgotten the other box. It is the 25th and I'm still waiting for a solution.
