A VERY BAD SERVICE

I bought a kitchen unit at fair price, it was delivered 2 months ago in June, the unit was missing 1 handle the driver said he will bring the missing handle the following day, I went to the store in olivenhoutbosch branch they promised that it will be delivered soon, until today my unit is still missing a handle, when i phone they keep on saying they will come but no one came
