A very bad, bad, bad service!

First time going to fair price to buy something and already treated loke a lier. I bought a heater yesterday and when i got home it was not working it just t********** the main switch, i went back to to fair price clayville and the lady i spoke to "same person who sold it to me" was soooooooooo rude telling all the staff members that us customers like complaining when we dont want something. HOW THE HELL CAN YOU SAY THAT INFRONT OF A CUSTOMER???????!!!!! i dont think i will ever go back to fair price ever again.
