a very bad and inconvenient service received.

I am very disappointed at the service I received from fair price in Pretoria Vermeulen branch... I bought a bedroom suite on the 28th may for delivery on the 30th may..I even left work early so that I can be home on time for delivery because that was my only time.. No one called me to inform me that the color I ordered is out of stock, mind you when the consultant called their warehouse they confirmed that they have it in stock....I only found out about this when I called the branch in the day of delivery at around 16:45 to find out what time they will arive, after holding for close to 20minutes that's when I was told all if this...I mean they had the whole day to call and let me know,otherwise I wouldn't have left work early as it is a problem for me to leave before time..but I had to because if the delivery.. So what is one to do in this case... It's really a baaad customer service...
