4 Week Long Wait

I bought a cupboard from Fair Price for R1900.00.<br> When the cupboard was delivered.<br> It was the wrong colour (it was white, I had ordered brown, but I accepted the product because it would be too much of a hassle to return it.)<br> <br> Then I found that the draw in the cupboard was loose and hanging. The rail in another one of the draws is skew.<br> <br> I called the branch and they advised that they would get back to me, which they never did.<br> When I called again, they advised that every Monday a contractor goes out to clients for repairs and they have booked mine in so every Monday for 4 weeks I have tried to organise someone to be at my house incase they come, which they never did after numerous calls.<br> To date it has not been fixed.<br> <br> Please could someone from Fair Price come through and fix my cupboard. That is all I want.<br> <br> Thank you
