So I deposited R500 to Fair Price 3 or 4 years back and I have never used the card to buy anything from them and on the 28 November 2025 I decided to use the card for the 1st time, guess what? Fair Price in Alex Mall told me that I cannot use the card at their store I need to go back to Fair Price Wynburg, so asked them to refund me as now the card is useless for me if I can't use it at any fair price stores. Okay. Sunday 30 November 2025 I went to Fair Price Wynburg to request for a refund and Malusi the manager told me that the money that has been sitting in the card for 4 years can only be refunded in 2026. Please tell me how does this work, I waisted my petrol for R500 that can't be refunded to me after I tried using the card in their stores and failed.

I only need my refund and I promise I will never use your stores, it the 1st time and last time, no one was willing to help me in the store like they didn't care. Please refund me back my R500 I don't have petrol to waist with this up and down.
