FAIR PRICE WYNBERG

Am so disappointed with fair price i bought a DEFY 4 plate stove cash on the 26 august 2025 then on the 19th of September my stove bursted while i was using it i had rosted a meat on the oven as soon as i was to switch it of it bursted i was so scared so i took the oven back to fair price and i let them know what happened the 1st thing they said to me was that why did i bring the stove at the store, i was supposed to bring it i was supposed to come with the receipt only i then said but the oven is already here they where like we wont take it the only thing that will do is to take your details you can go back is the stove i was like but it's already here and its not even a month that i used the stove and already its giving me problems the manager or supervisor was so rude she even called the guy who told me that i wasn't supposed to bring the stove to assits me the guy came n said to her i have already told her that she wasn't supposed to bring it here but i was like to them am already here with it they where like that's their policy i was so angry and disappointed i was told that they will contact the DEFY company to come to my place and check what happend to the stove and what caused the blust i was like do they really need to fix it why can't you give me the new 1 because it's less than a month since i have bought it they were like they can't its not their fault but DEFY is at fault so DEFY will deal with their products and they will come and fix it am still waiting even today they haven't called me i dont bo wether it's the DEFY team that have to call me or FAIR PRICE am still waiting even today
