Deliver my chest of drawers Today

I've bought Word robe and chest of drawers on the 11 January 2025, sales consultant told they will deliver it on Monday. On Thursday they deliver only word robe told me they will deliver chest of drawers after till today, I try phone head office they took my cell phone said they will call me till today. Can you help me
