Bad Management and Terrible Customer Service

After paying full price for a fridge I was promised it would be delivered the next day. Today on the day of delivery I had to call the store to find out how far the driver is because the numbers the store gave both did not work. After taking a bolt back to the store the tellers were confused saying ‘the phone did not ring”, another said “ no the driver is delayed because of the rain”, meanwhile I’m thinking common courtesy would have been to call the customer if that was the case. The store teller gave us the drivers personal number and basically we called since 1pm till now at 6pm. The driver has now closed his phone and the store closed. ****ed!
