Utterly unprofessional customer service

Last month a entered Fair price in Southgate to lay bye items as I'm moving into a new home, I saw how good the prices were and decided IL be buying everythimg I want to furnish my entire new house.. I selected the items I wanted and a deposit in store, wanting to. Go back and make another payment as it's a lay bye I found that I seem to have Mis placed my card, apon calling the number register on Google maps to the store, I'm greeted by someone who is so u professional, no phone etiquette, she dropped the Call 3 times in my ear, claiming she can't me but or what I need help with, but every time I repeat I need help with she begins speaking to people around wasting my airtime... All I needed to know what can I do if I can't find my card and of I can instore with my if. As my lay bye was registered to my I. D. NUMBER.... After this experience I plan to return to the store and IL rather request a refund of iv paid in and take my money elsewhere. I refuse to deal with Fair price if this is how customers are treated.
