Fair price southgate mall Johannesburg

Fair price I bought couches on the 27th November 2024 and they gave problems the were not okay so 11th December 2024 they collected them back (the supplier) when I went 2 ask abt them 1st week of January 2025 they said the suppliers r closed and now thry say I mst wait 4 de outcome from supplier, the couches where bought cash they ddnt take a month ,now i dnt have couches still its 27 January 2025 and they dont want to give my money back,ive visited the shop lots of times still no help or positive out come, i want new couches or my money back.
