Fair price

We purchased a lounge suite cash at southgate, couches were deliver damaged. Could not get gold of branch as the number listed does not work. My husband had to drive back, driver collected couches & warehouse refuses to exchange, driver called my husband, again could not get hold of branch causing us to drive back. Branch has still not reverted back & we have to wait 7 days for a refund whereas we paid cash. Pathetic service from this branch.
