Defective fridge and service

Unable to reach the branch on numbers listed on the invoice , I need the defective fridge that I bought to be collected and replaced or I need an immediate refund .to have this issue after having my delivery delayed is a huge dissapointment. I am not willing to wait for my money as It was a cash sale . Also the time you going to tell me it takes is the time I'm spending to get a resolution from your store . Some of us work we do not have the time and petrol to come to your business. Please don't treat us as if you are the only retailer.
