Bad customer service

The worst customer experience ever, went to the shop to buy a microwave, got there waited for 10 minutes for someone to assist, asked and was told we busy just wait, I went to the customer service desk and asked if someone can assist and the lady told me she will send someone, 15 minutes passed and no one assisted me, I was there waiting for 25 minutes with no assistance, I asked again and was told they will assist me, a lady walked in and was assisted immediately and yet I was standing there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist, they are rude and inconsiderate to other people, I walked out and made a remark of the bad customer service and the 2 guys standing there laughed and asked me what the problem was I just left without answering them
