Bad craftsmanship and service

I bought a couch and they delivered one with a broken arm rest and unsteady framing . The pillows and base foam was horribly stitched. It was delivered at night after 8pm therefore I didn't get enough time to inspect it , when I saw the bad craftsmanship on the couch I was told that I can only book the frame in for repair and they can't exchange the sofa nor refund. They collected the sofa on the 23rd of September 2026 and haven't brought it back till date being the 25th of October 2026. I need my couch! It's more than 30 days , they don't even answer calls.
