Poor customer service
I bought the kitchen units on the 15th of December and was assisted by Thato. The prices were fair, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. The kitchen units were installed incorrectly, and when I approached the manager for assistance, they were unable to help resolve the problem. Overall, not a good experience

Poor customer service

fair price is a ****
there's no fair price online so i had to use mahikeng as its one of the branches. I've been complaining since the couches came still no feedback, i believe the last option is to go to ombudsman because really this is a ****, i called the call center they told me they cant assist me who can assist if they are not responding to emails even complains im making on social media

I made a lay buy of wardrobe at Fair price Mahikeng. Final payment was done 12 July 2025. Then they promised to deliver the wardrobe only to find out that their employees made ***** on customers and the shop and the matter went to court. All employees were fired and they sent staff from other fair price stores to assist. I was told by the new employees at the shop and they said management will get back to us regarding the issue. After visiting the shop several times and writing to fair price , their response was they cannot assist me as the wardrobe was dispatched and signed for at the warehouse. I asked them to check the signature and footage of the person who collected the wardrobe because I did not sign or collect it. They said they are escalating the matter. But still their response was there's nothing they can do.That means my money went down the drain just like that.

Fairprice rude, uncompromising and unhelpful employee
Treatment of one of the cashier's was rude and very arrogant as he seemed confident that the help he had given was enough after making my elderly father submit required documents for a refund and still not refund him. He was rude from on set and impatient with my elderly father he did not communicate with him about the refund either. He asked for a card number which I believe is ******* and could result to *****. I am not at all happy with his services his name is Tshidiso at Fair price industrial site. Rude and displeasing
