Fair price not delivering our items

We had a ch laybye with fair price, I paid it off on the 26 February 2026, now when I have to collect they say, we don't keep stock with us. Then we must wait, it's been a week now and no communication and no updates from them. When. We took the laybye they did not say we must wait for them to order from their wear house. Now their wear house has no stock, why must we wait when we have paid fully
